| Rnd 12 - hdc in ea hdc around, join, ch 1. (72 hdc) Rnd 13 - Repeat Rnd 12. (72 hdc) Rnd 14 - * hdc in next 5 hdc, 2 hdc in next hdc. Repeat from * around, join, ch 1. (84 hdc) Rnd 15 - Repeat Rnd 12. Fasten off yellow. (84 hdc) Rnd 16 - Join green w/sl st in joining, (ch 1, sc) in ea hdc around, join. Fasten off. Finishing Step 1 - Take remaining 1 yd of 3/16" ribbon & weave thru hdc sts of Rnd 10. Tie at back. Leaving streamers long enough to have over edge of hat & down back of dress, trim ends.
