Top Ruffle Rnd 1- Repeat Middle Ruffle on unused lps of Rnd 23. Top Half of Ruffles Bottom Ruffle Rnd 1 - With neck edge of dress away from you, attach white w/sl st in first unused lp of Rnd 34, ch 1, (sc, ch 1) in ea lp around, join. Fasten off. Middle Ruffle Rnd 1 - Repeat Bottom (top half) Ruffle on unused lps of Rnd 28. Top Ruffle Rnd 1 - Repeat Bottom (top half) Ruffle on unused lps of Rnd 22. Neck Edging With right side of neck edge facing you, join blue w/sl st infirst ch, ch 1, sc in same sp & in ea ch across, ch 1, sl st in same sp as last sc was made. Fasten off. Armhold Edging Join blue w/sl st in 3rd ch at underarm, ch 1, sc in same sp & in next ch, sc in 9 sc around armhole, sc in last 2 ch at underarm, join. Fasten off. Finishing Sew 3 sets of snaps at back opening. Cut 4 length of 3/16" ribbon, 2 1/2 yds, 2 yds, 1 1/2 yd, and 1 yd long. |
