| Rnd 17 - trc in ea trc around, join, ch 1. (432 trc) Rnd 18 - sc in next trc, * ch 3, sk next trc, sc in next trc. Repeat from * around to last trc, ch 3, sk last trc, join w/sl st in beg sc. Fasten off. Finishing Turn slip wrong side out. Sew 8" hoop to unused lps of Rnds 7 & 8 using whip stitch. Sew 12" hoop to unused lps of Rnds 14 & 15 in same manner. For waist tie, ch 75. End off. Weave through beg ch at waist edge. Cut 2 pieces of ribbon 12" long each. Starting on outer part of leg, weave one ribbon through sc of Rnd just above bottom ruffle on ea leg of pantaloon.
