| Rnds 2 - 4 - trc in ea trc around, join, ch 4. At end of Rnd 4, ch 1. Rnd 5 - * sc in next trc, ch 3, sk next trc. Repeat from * around, join in beg sc. Fasten off. Middle Ruffle Join yarn w/sl st infirst unused lp of Rnd 6. Repeat Bottom Ruffle. Top Ruffle Join yarn w/sl st in first unused lp of Rnd 7 of Panties. Repeat Bottom Ruffle. Finishing Step 1 - On wrong side of slip, using whip stitch, sew 9" brass hoop between unused lps of Rnds 7 & 8. Step 2 - For waist tie, ch 75. End off. Weave thru beg sts at waist & tie at back.
