Neck Edging Row 1 - Working on opposite side of beg ch, join white w/sl st in first ch, ch 1 (sc, ch 1) in ea ch across to end, sl st in same ch as last sc was made. Fasten off. Finishing Step 1 - Sew 4 snaps evenly spaced on back opening. Step 2 - Glue iridescent pearls around yoke of dress. Step 3 - Place 3/8" ribbon around waist, tie at back, trim ends. |
