| Finishing Sew 3 snaps to back opening. Cut 1 yd of white & green ribbon. Holding both ribbons together, thread thru 1 st at ea side of waist at underarms. Tie into bow at back. Trim ends at an angle. Hat Rnd 1 - With green, ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook, do not join. Mark beg of rnd here and throughout, unless otherwise stated. Rnd 2 - 2 sc in ea sc around. (12 sc) Rnd 3 - * sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc. Repeat from * around. (18 sc) Rnd 4 - * sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc. Repeat from * around. (24 sc) Rnd 5 - * sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc. Repeat from * around. (30 sc) Rnd 6 - * sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc. Repeat from * around. (36 sc) Rnd 7 - * sc in next 5 sc, 2 sc in next sc. Repeat from * around, join, ch 1. (42 sc) Rnd 8 - Working in BLO, sc in ea sc around, join, ch 1. (42 sc) Rnds 9 - 12 - sc in ea sc around, join, ch 1. At end of Rnd 12, fasten off green. (42 sc) Rnd 13 - Join white w/sl st in same sp as joining, ch 3, (dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in same sp, sk 1 sc, * (2 sc, ch 2, 2 dc) in next sc, sk 1 sc. Repeat from * around, join in top of beg ch 3. Rnd 14 - sl st into ch 2 sp, ch 3, 6 d in same sp, * 7 dc in next ch 2 sp. Repeat from * around, join. Fasten off. Finishing Cut 1 yd each of white & green ribbon.
