| Step 3 - Turn dress inside out. Working on opposite side of Rnd 12, & pulling strands of pearls from right side of dress, glue 1 pearl of each strand to ea st on inside of dress. Turn dress back to right side. Step 4 - To mark stitches for placement of pearls on bottom of dress, mark first st on Rnd 31, & counting around, place marker on each 8th st around. There should be 20 markers. Step 5 - Take first strand of pearls at beg of waist & counting from right to left, glue bottom end of strant to st at 3rd marker from center back. Step 6 - Taking second strand of pearls at waist, glue to marker to right of first strand at bottom of dress. Continue in this manner till all 20 strands have been glued on bottom of dress. Step 7 - Starting at center back, glue tulle & rose garland on dress just above bottom ruffle where bottom of pearls are attached. Step 8 - Cut length of tulle 4" x 36". Wrap around doll's waist and tie at back. Trim ends. Step 9 - Starting at bow, glue tulle & rose garland onto tulle belt around doll to other side of bow. Cut garland. Tiara Row 1 - Using size F hook & baby yarn, ch 18. Working around 5" length of wire, sc in 2nd ch from hook & in ea ch across, ch 1, turn. (17 sc) Row 2 - sl st infirst 3 sc, ch 1, sc in next 22 sc, sl st in next sc, ch 1, turn. (11 sc) Row 3 - sk first sl st, sl st in next 2 sc, ch 1, sc in next 7 sc, sl st in next sc, ch 1, turn. (7 sc) Row 4 - sk first sl st, sl st in next sc, ch 1, hdc in next 5 sc, sl st in next sc. Fasten off. Finishing Glue strand of pearls around entire outside edge of tiara, twisting at center top to form loop. Leaving 1" of wire bare on each end, bend wire into semi-circle shape.
